Each week in 2015 we will introduce a new Loaded Potato Entree – it will be dubbed the "Hot Potato" – so you need to catch it while you can! Look for us in today's Standard Examiner(12/26/14) for more information! Like us on facebook and tell us what you would like to see featured in 2015! Here's a sneak peak of two of our exciting dishes; The "Catch of the Sea" has tuna and pico de gallo loaded onto a fresh baked potato with a light spread of mayonnaise and then a sprinkle of cheese and cilantro on top and the "Greek" Gyro Potato is filled with cream sauce and gyro meat – topped with tzatziki sauce, lettuce, onions and tomatoes.
This video compares one Subway entree to one Brixton's entree. As you can see, both options are the same portions but Brixton's has less Calories and more nutrients.

We're introducing a new tradition at Brixton's called GIVE BACK FRIDAY a charitable substitute to Black Friday. You may be asking how GIVE BACK FRIDAY works? Every entrée purchased on GIVE BACK FRIDAY (AKA Black Friday, November 28th) will be matched in donation to a local charity. In other words you buy a one of our famous and delicious potatoes we give a meal to someone in need. This year Give Back Friday was a success! We are going to give away 900 dollars in gift cards and food to several charities including Cottages of Hope. Check out our facebook for more information.
Every entree that was purchased on 11/28/14 (GIVE BACK FRIDAY a charitable substitute for Black Friday) has been matched by a food entree or dollar amount donation for someone in need. We raised 900 dollars that will go to several charities suggested by our friends such as Cottages of Hope. In addition to feeding those at Ogden Rescue Mission and the Homeless Vets Fellowship this month, we are also very excited to help support two families affected by cancer. We would like to invite you to show some holiday spirit by joining us in this cause. For more information please check out these two links
Being part of OFOAM 2014 was fantastic! In addition to our crew being surrounded by amazing music and fun community members we were also on TV with Fox 13! Brixton's crew member Hollie met a member of Della Mae, our booth was so much fun, and we introduced two new menu items at the festival. We can't wait to be a part of this amazing event for next year!
