"I can't even get my husband to eat yams smothered in marshmallows once a year at Thanksgiving, but he loved the Chili Verde yam at Brixton's! I'm an Idaho girl myself, so I've eaten a lot of potatoes in my lifetime, but none have been done any better than the ones at Brixton's. They were perfectly cooked - not too hard or too mushy - and the toppings were extremely tasty. We'll be back for more!"
